These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between Infinite Flow (“we,” “us”) and the client (“you”).

Nature of Services
• Sessions are spiritual and holistic.
• They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
• We do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee outcomes.

Client Responsibilities
• You must disclose relevant health conditions.
• You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and medical care.
• Under-18s require parental/guardian consent.

Appointments & Cancellations
• Sessions are by appointment only.
• Cancellations require at least 24/48 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Payments
• Deposits are due at booking.
• Accepted methods: Cash/Bank Transfer.
• Refunds are provided only in line with UK consumer law.

Confidentiality
• Sessions are confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Confidentiality may be broken if required by law or in safeguarding cases.

Liability
• Holistic therapies are complementary, not replacements for medical care.
• We are not liable for decisions or outcomes following sessions.
